(1) Turbocharging and Intercooling Technology
Adopting a combined design of exhaust gas turbocharging and air-to-air intercooling, it can increase the intake air density by more than 1.8 times and reduce the intake air temperature by up to 40℃. This reduces the risk of detonation when the engine operates under high load, while ensuring the stability of power output and avoiding power attenuation caused by insufficient intake air.

(2) Advanced Combustion System
Equipped with an electronically controlled high-pressure fuel injection system, the injection pressure can reach 1600bar, and the diameter of atomized fuel particles is controlled within 10μm. Combined with the optimized combustion chamber shape, the fuel combustion efficiency is increased to over 92%, which reduces the emission of unburned fuel and lowers the risk of engine carbon deposition-meeting the basic requirements for environmental protection and equipment maintenance in mining operations.

Power Compatibility: The compatibility with the transmission system of mainstream mining truck models such as BELAZ 75710 is over 98%, allowing installation without additional modifications. The start-up response time is ≤ 3 seconds, satisfying the frequent start-stop operation needs of the trucks.

Heavy-Duty Performance: Under the working conditions of the truck's rated load (450 tons) and a 15° slope, it can continuously maintain a driving speed of 15-20km/h without power interruption or attenuation.

Low-Temperature Adaptability: Equipped with a cylinder block preheating system, it can achieve normal start-up after 15 minutes of preheating in a low-temperature environment of -30℃, adapting to the winter operation needs of high-latitude mines.

A 12-month warranty is provided, and faulty parts will be replaced free of charge within the warranty period.
